Can he flap all of his little blades and fly around?
It gets better: His power is to make blood explode with his mind. But he can only do it if it’s outside of a body for some reason? (Never mind that specifically exploding only blood is ridiculous enough). So he cuts himself and whoever he’s fighting with his ridiculous blades so blood gets everywhere and then he explodes it.
He’s the most 90s character ever.
